Enviroflex Liquid Applied Waterproofing Membrane

Xtra-Gard Flexitorch Flat Roofing Systems
Xtra-Gard Flexitorch P is a premium performance polyester reinforced, Torch-on SBS modified bitumen membrane. The upper surface is finished with a choice of Green, Blue/Grey or Brown slate granules, a sand finished option is also available to receive additional surface finishes such as reflective paint, chippings or pedestrian tiles. The underside is finished with Icopal’s mini groove technology and a thermofusible film, saving on application time and energy usage.
A mineral free selvedge with a thermofusible film facilitates secure bitumen to bitumen side laps.

These membranes’ general characteristics guarantee good versatility and adaptability to suit a diversity of uses. The special compound gives remarkable low temperature flexibility properties. The sophisticated manufacturing technology assures product quality, stability and lengthy service life.
