SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive professional to join our team and drive our sales forward.
The ideal candidate should have experience or a keen interest in the building trade, be computer literate, highly organised and able to work both on their own initiative and as part of a busy, friendly team working to deliver first class service.

Purpose of the Role
- Supporting the General Manager and working within the Sales team to promote and sell a range of products. Is driven with a
passion for what they do and works in a professional and calm manner.
Key Responsibilities - Working within a small team to build and maintain profitable customer relationships, driving sales, and seeking new
business opportunities with new and existing customers. - Greeting customers professionally on-site or off site, offering assistance, recommending products, drawing attention to
offers, providing product information and referring to experts when required. - Working to the schedules and targets assigned by the General Manager.
- Ensuring excellent customer service levels are always achieved, in person, over the phone and by email – striving to
building long term relationships. - Liaising with the Sales Team on orders and working with other departments to schedule deliveries.
- Remaining abreast of latest industry trends.
- Addressing issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating critical issues to Management.
- Complete any other reasonable duties as directed by the Sales Manager and General Manager to aid business /

Essentials Skills and Knowledge
- Sales and customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure
- Basic commercial awareness
- Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Works in a professional manner
- Organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable Skills Knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar roles
